Policies

We are a family-owned and operated studio, and we kindly ask that you treat our space as you would your own home.

Please treat all supplies, equipment, and surroundings with care and respect. We understand that accidents happen—if something needs attention, simply let a staff member know so we can take care of it promptly.

Our goal is to maintain a fun, welcoming environment for classes and parties. However, anyone acting in a disrespectful or disruptive manner may be asked to leave and could be restricted from attending future classes.

Tickets & Refunds

All class tickets are non-refundable, but transferable.

If you are unable to attend a class and wish to transfer your ticket to a friend, please email: thestudioptx.com at least 24 hours prior to the class.

Private Party Rentals

Up front fees: 1/2 of agreed total + $100 security deposit.

We fully understand the need to cancel due to forces outside of renter's control, yet the studio still incurs fees for items purchased for projects. 

   Cancellation by Renter: Full refund if canceled >60 days; 50% if 30–60 days; no refund <30 days]
